At Dr. Dave's Herbal Medicine your health, privacy and safety are of the utmost importance to us.  We welcome any questions or concerns you may have.  We will never give or sell your personal information to outside organizations.  Our company policies are as follows:

Returns:  Dr. Dave's Herbal Medicine is committed to your satisfaction.  Unopened, unused or defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.  Buyer is responsible for return postage.  There is no re-stocking fee.

Shipping information:  We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.95 for retail orders under $50.  Retail orders over $50 ship free of charge.  Please refer to our wholesale site for wholesale inquiries and policies. Orders are processed and shipped either same day or next day Monday through Friday.  We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Damage:  Please notify us if goods are damaged during shipping.  We will replace them free of charge.

Pricing:  We try and keep our pricing affordable.  All prices notated online are current.
